The Morphy Richards 48268 allows you to easily make a 2 lb loaf by placing the ingredients in a bread pan before letting it automatically mix, knead prove and bake the loaf itself. You can even alter the settings to tell the 48268 how you prefer your crust: light; medium or dark!

It has a unique blade that folds down during the baking process to prevent that rather unfunctional hole in the middle of your bread that some other bread makers leave.
