The Panasonic SD254 bread maker is fairly simple in design, but the build quality is excellent. Its is pretty straight forward to both setup and use, and its rapid bake option makes for pretty quick loaf baking. We also quite like the SD254’s raisin nut beeper thats allows you to additional ingredients to your bread recipe along the way. It even comes with a recipe book to help you get inspired.

Even though Panasonic have released a newer model, the SD254, this particular version still sails along at position 2 in our favourite bread makers available to buy today. Its isn’t as expensive as it’s ‘older brother’, and it doesn’t quite have all the features, but it really offers excellent value for money.
